Survey of the needs of the Faculty of Arts research community
Help us improve our research facilities! Fill out a short online questionnaire about your needs, requirements, and ideas for the further development of the laboratory. Completing the questionnaire will take less than 10 minutes, but the results could influence the future direction of the HUME Lab for the next decade.
Competition for support for an online experiment via Prolific.co
Doctoral and master's students can participate in a competition to receive support for their own experimental online project (conditions here). Selected projects will receive funding for data collection through the Prolific.co platform.
About HUME Lab
The HUME Lab was established in 2015 at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University as an infrastructure facility supporting experimental research in the humanities and social sciences. The research infrastructure offers dedicated physical laboratory space, specialized equipment (including equipment for field research), consultations, support, and implementation of research projects. The laboratory supports research at various levels of research activity (student projects, theses, junior and senior grants). In addition to supporting research, the laboratory also organizes workshops, methodology-focused courses, and lectures by international experts.
